ABOUT THE TROLLEY


You want a trolley that's light, easy to use, the Cargo is dependable - without it costing a small fortune.

Driven by a 12 volt double-life battery, extensive tests have shown that a 120LB pay load can be transported up to 4/5 miles at the touch of a thumb controlled throttle, over even the toughest terrain.

We designed Cargo with all these important considerations in mind, and the result is a trolley that'll carry your tackle effortlessly around any lake, river or canal complex and is a pleasure to use.

With two wheels the Cargo folds up in one piece for storage.

Without any fiddly assembly to worry about you just unfold it, put the battery in place and you're away.

Driving it couldn't be easier with just one hand you can adjust the variable speed control and guide the trolley along.

It's top speed is faster than you'll want to walk around any complex, but it means you'll have ample power for those hills.

After a days fishing you just fold it up again, connect it to you charger and that's all until the next time.

Unlike Conventional carrier systems the Cargo is designed to accept any box system which can all be carried and secured by the use of conventional luggage bungee.

DESIGNED TO WORK


The steel frame is strong and extremely well protected from the elements.

The Cargo utilises a quality Constructed full steel frame that is sandblasted and then powder-coated which is finished in a variety of colours for maximum weather protection.

All moving parts are sealed for life and completely maintenance free.

The wheels are designed to be removed, for making the cargo easily transportable .

The New 20 Ah Cargo battery is smaller and neater & More Powerful, It's light to handle and cheaper to replace when it wears out, but there's plenty of power to tackle any complex.

The 2-ply pneumatic tyres Ideal for anyone who wants off road performance for extra rugged complex and hilly terrain.

A FEW TECHNICAL SPECS


TROLLEY
The trolley has an all steel frame that is zinc plated and powder coated.
There's a 12V permanent magnet DC motor driving both main wheels via a worm and wheel gearbox.
Variable speed is achieved by a hand-operated potentiometer controlling an intelligent, solid state PWM speed controller.

CHARGER
Microprocessor controlled. Input: 220-240V,50 Hz. Output: up to 2A and 14.8V in fast charge mode; 13.8V in maintenance charge mode.
Features included are:
LED indication showing fast and maintenance charge modes; 4 stage charging cycle, including a calculated "absorption charge" period to help maximise battery performance; the output is temperature compensated
to allow for use in all conditions, there's also protection against damage through short circuit or reversed
polarity; it's class II insulated.

BATTERY
The New battery used to power all the Cargo Trolleys has just got better, the new 12 volt 20 ah capacity, maintenance free and valve regulated. It’s suitable for transportation by air, land & sea – in accordance with IATA regulations. Each battery is made from recyclable materials and has a fast overnight charge facility

WARRANTY
Trolley and charger are warranted free from defects of workmanship and materials and will be repaired or replaced without charge for parts and labour for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.
Warranty excludes misuse Carriage or accidental damage, your statutory Rights are not affected.

QUESTIONS


Please read these instructions carefully. Faulty parts which are under warranty must be returned.

HOW DO I CHARGE THE BATTERY?
Every cargo comes with a battery charger. This is simple and totally safe to operate, it will maintain the battery in optimum condition.

HOW SOON IS THE BATTERY READY TO USE AGAIN?
After use the battery needs an overnight charge of at least ten hours.

WILL A CARGO FIT IN MY CAR?
It fits alongside any tackle in the boot of nearly every car. Occasionally you may need to unclip the wheels. The design of the wheels incorporates a unique quick release feature making this really easy.

CAN I USE ANY TYPE OF BOX SYSTEM?
Virtually any type of box system will fit. However to obtain optimum battery life we recommend that you don’t ask your cargo to carry more weight than necessary. The maximum we suggest is about 120LB

DOES IT MAKE MUCH NOISE?
No. The cargo is very quiet and unobtrusive on any complex.

IS THE BATTERY SAFE?
Yes-the battery terminals are securely insulated, making short circuiting just about impossible. The sealed dry cell construction removes all chance of battery leakage.
